We do not send out drawings ahead of time. We do not want people to be tempted to take our designs elsewhere and get them tattooed. We can set up a consultation if you are interested in chatting about it ahead of time. But, most of the time a consultation is more for the client than the artist.
As far as putting your design woes to bed. We all have the ability to pivot pretty easily with any design changes and we block enough time during your appointment to allot for that.
We no longer tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
In some cases a deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date. But, most cases the deposit is only applied to the original tattoo date and is forfeited with ANY cancelation.
Step 1 : Fill out a consultation form on the 'Contact Us' Page. Someone will email you with any clarification they made need.
Step 2 : You will be directed to the 'Book Now' Page. From there you will have access to our schedule. You will be asked to pick a 'session' and 'artist'. After that you will be asked to leave a deposit. The size of your deposit will be determined by the size of the session you picked.
Step 3 : Your appointment will prompt your tattooer to reach out to you ahead of time. Sometimes our correspondence goes to 'SPAM' so keep an eye out. If your tattooer doesn't reach out. Don't worry they may just be planning on working on your design when you show up for your appointment.
It is scary getting your first tattoo. We are here to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Make sure that you eat within an hour of your appointment. Wear appropriate clothes for the piece that you want. Don't wear a dress to get your ribs tattooed. Bring snacks with sugar and something to drink. Most importantly make sure to sit still and breathe. We are here for you. If you need to take a break just ask.
Each of the artists have their own idea on how to heal. The general rule of thumb is to make sure that you keep it clean and keep it moist. Thin layers of lotion/ointment *as specified by artist* NOT BIG GLOBS!
It is difficult to estimate the price on a tattoo without having seen you or having a final drawing. If you have a budget you want to stay within, we can totally work with you to get a drawing that you will dig.
